Will I get a shipping number?Yes! We will email you a shipping number once the items have shipped.

How can I track my order?We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order. A tracking number will be provided.

How do I know if ordering online is secure?To help determine if your connection is secure, look at the status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) should be active, which helps to protect the transmission of information through the website. You should also verify that the URL for the page you are on includes "https" at the beginning. Most browsers offer additional security alerts as well.

What is the refund policy?Returns are accepted if product is damaged or your not satisfied. With in 30 days.(must return product back to us) once we receive the product you will receive an email and approximate day for your refund.

How to care for your order?For clothing: Wash in cold water, no fabric softener, tumble dry on low heat.

What happens when my item is backordered?Items that aren't available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. We'll provide you with an approximate ship date when you add the item to your bag and when you check out. Backorder ship dates are approximate, and we'll email you if the date changes.

How will my order ship?Depending on the size of the order we will include the carrier in the email along with the tracking number. We only use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for any shipping needs. If you get an email saying a different carrier is bringing your items it is scam, you can call us to confirm shipment if you are unsure.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
